The Shilla Duty-Free Shop is a duty-free shop in Korea. The Shilla Hotel is its operator, and, since the opening of its Seoul branch in Jangchung-dong, Seoul, it now has three branches in Korea, including Jeju and Incheon Airports. The Shilla Internet Duty-Free Shop has set up events to offer its official mobile app users Lalacash, which people can use to pay in the duty-free shop. The company has worked hard to steadily increase the usage of the app by its customers.

CAMPAIGN

In order to increase app participation and retention rates, the Shilla Internet Duty-Free Shop has launched 10 variations of Shilla games within the app. The company attempted to maintain a similar design concept in the games by using 10 cute puppy characters in each game. The events are held every 15 days to award Lalacash to the users, by using the highest cumulative score within the period, this event has been continued from March 2019 to the present.

One heart must be used in order to participate in the games, and 5 hearts are automatically given per day. The used heart is automatically generated every 2 hours and can be obtained additionally through certain activities (purchase/receipt of duty-free items, comment writing, game sharing, etc.) in the Shilla Internet Duty-Free Shop app.
